Assigning admin status to a member

Navigate to https://escribe.demolay.org/
Click "Members"

Click "Edit Members"

Search for the member's record

Click on the members record's name

Click the eye icon button field under the "Organization Admin" to expand the area.

Select the jurisdiction option if it's available from the jurisdiction dropdown.

Select the organizations the member will be an admin for.

Keep in mind that the system will give permission and privileges to users according to their positions. If a member is already the chairman or chapter advisor of a chapter, you do not need to add this privilege again. But if you would like to give admin privileges for someone that is not listed under the chapter roster, that's when you perform the actions listed above.
If you select the jurisdiction name on the organization drop down, the individual will have a holistic admin privilege within the jurisdiction. This is what we call the EO Staff admin privilege.
NOTE: The access level will always show as USER, remember that admin privileges will be tied to each individual member position.
Click the add button field.

Confirm by clicking the "Ok" button field to confirm the action.
