Inter-organizational Relations

Area or jurisdictional organizations are under the control of the Executive Officers.

An area or jurisdictional organization may not operate or conduct activities outside its territory without the consent of the Executive Officer in that Jurisdiction.

No organization within DeMolay International, nor any other supreme council, may exercise powers of governance outside its jurisdiction or expand it without DeMolay International's consent.

Foundations, trusts, or similar organizations operating as subordinate units of DeMolay International must be authorized and regulated by DI.

Independent foundations/trusts are prohibited from using the name "DeMolay" unless licensed by DeMolay International
